Stijn Adam is the Head of Energy Systems & Hybrid Grids at Fluvius, with a specialization in the theoretical and practical analysis of large power distribution grids serving over 2.5 million customers. Stijn has extensive experience in power quality, non-centralized energy production, and protection systems for distribution grids, as well as expertise in IEC61850 substation communication networks. Stijn previously held positions such as Project Lead at Eandis, where they managed significant projects related to power quality measurements, and completed internships at IMEC and AZ-VUB. Stijn holds a Master's in Applied Sciences from Ghent University and a Master's in Industrial Sciences from HOGENT.
