Khaled Humood

Khaled Humood is an experienced Analog Design Engineer at Flux Computing since July 2025, specializing in Analog-Mixed IC and Custom Circuit design, with a notable track record as the lead designer for two tape-outs and three chips. Prior to this role, Khaled served as a PhD researcher at The University of Edinburgh from September 2021 to April 2025, focusing on in-memory computing, hardware accelerators, and IC testing. Khaled has also held positions as a research associate at Khalifa University from August 2017 to August 2021, contributing to device characterization and circuit design, as well as a research and teaching assistant, supporting various courses and student assessments. Khaled holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Engineering from The University of Edinburgh and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Khalifa University.
