Tomasz Bialas

Tomasz Bialas is a skilled Digital Design Engineer with a diverse background in high-performance computing and hardware design. Currently employed at Flux Computing since August 2025, Tomasz previously held the position of Senior Digital Design Engineer at Riverlane, where expertise included designing interconnects with PCIe and developing image processing hardware IP on Xilinx FPGA platforms. Prior experience at Arm involved roles ranging from Engineer - CPU to Graduate Engineer - CPU, contributing to software test library development and formal verification initiatives, as well as working on hardware design and verification during internships that focused on automation and performance optimization.
