Established in 2017, Flux Learning Ltd is a digital education company based in West Cork, Ireland. 
We are a full-service company here to help with digital education consultancy, procurement, strategy, and implementation. 
We design, develop, and support online learning courses for global clients with surgical and medical course a particular area of expertise. 
We use a pedagogy-first learning design approach to help our clients get the most return on their investment. 
Flux Learning recommends Proficiency-Based Progression (PBP) as devised by Prof Tony Gallagher of Ulster University, ORSI Academy and KU Leuven, as the best in class training methdology for a quality assured,  metrics based curriculum.
