With over 40 weekly classes—including Reformer, Reformer Fundamentals, Reformer Stretch, and Yoga Flow—there's something for everyone. Every session follows our Flux Signature format, so you’ll always leave feeling refreshed and revived. 

Our studio is located at 460 Pacific Highway in St Leonards, a 2-minute walk from Crows Nest Metro Station or 6-minutes from St Leonards train station. There’s ample street and carpark parking, some great cafes, and its always a friendly vibe - come pay us a visit.
