Emily Mumford

Emily Mumford is an experienced professional in customer onboarding and implementation, currently serving as Manager of Customer Onboarding and Advanced Services at Fluxx since June 2018. In this role, Emily leads a team of specialists, manages escalations, and organizes professional development while executing training for onboarding partners. Prior to this position, Emily held various roles at Fluxx, including Senior Software Onboarding Specialist and Software Implementation Specialist, where extensive project management and technical expertise were demonstrated across diverse organizations. Before joining Fluxx, Emily worked as a Senior Launch Coach and Launch Coach at LeagueApps, successfully onboarding numerous partners and creating an internal training program. Additionally, Emily has a background in coaching lacrosse, having advanced from a camp counselor to an Elite Level Head Coach. Emily holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Messiah University and completed further education at General Assembly.
