Meltem Tumer

Meltem Tumer is a seasoned investment professional currently serving as an Associate at Fly Ventures, a venture capital firm supporting technical founders from the early stages of their ventures. Meltem has extensive experience in venture capital and private equity, having worked as a Venture Capital Investment Manager at Koç Holding A.Ş. and held roles focused on early-stage investments in deep-tech and software startups. Additionally, Meltem is a Member of Global Women in VC and an Honorary Judge for Plug and Play University Pitch Sessions. Previous experience includes positions at KPMG in M&A and Deal Advisory, as well as internships at J.P. Morgan and ING. Meltem holds an MSc in Finance from London Business School and bachelor's degrees in Business Administration & Economics from Università Bocconi and Finance from The University of British Columbia, alongside an academic background from Koç University and Özel Notre Dame de Sion Fransız Lisesi.
