Naman Shah is a seasoned professional in customer experience and project management, currently serving as the Customer Experience Manager at flydocs since July 2024, after a previous tenure in the same role from December 2013 to May 2023. In between, Naman worked as a Project Manager at SkySelect from May 2023 to March 2024, leading projects through their development life cycles utilizing Agile methodologies. With an educational background that includes an MBA from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautics from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Institute of Engineering, Naman has effectively driven customer retention and satisfaction, mapped customer journeys, and managed teams across various technical and support roles throughout a progressive career in the aviation industry.
