Mark Porter

Mark Porter served as Commanding Officer at the Royal Air Force from August 2009 to September 2011, overseeing various initiatives and managing a team of officers and volunteers at RAF Linton-on-Ouse. Following this role, Mark worked as a Senior First Officer on Boeing 777 aircraft at Cathay Pacific Airways from September 2011 to November 2017, and then at EVA Airways Corp. until January 2020, gaining extensive long-haul and short-haul experience. Currently, Mark is a Captain flying Boeing 737 aircraft with flydubai since January 2020. Mark holds a Bachelor of Aviation from Harris University and a degree in Leadership & Management from the Royal Air Force College Cranwell, with additional studies in law at the University of London.
