Kyle Seese

Kyle Seese has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 with the United States Marine Corps as an MV-22 Tiltrotor Mechanic. Kyle later held roles such as Recruiter, Aircraft Confined Space Program manager, and Quality Assurance Representative. Kyle also worked at Marine Medium Tiltrotor Training Squadrons and Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadrons in various leadership positions, including Ground Safety Manager, Flightline Division Chief, Maintenance Control Chief, and Maintenance Control SNCOIC. Currently, they are a Maintenance Controller Lead at flyExclusive, where they supervise the maintenance control section and coordinates with fleet managers and pilots for return to service timelines. Kyle has a strong background in aviation maintenance and safety management.

Kyle Seese has pursued education in aeronautics and aviation, including obtaining a Boeing 737NG Familiarization Certificate from AAR in 2022 and an Aviation Maintenance Technology Part 65 degree from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in the same year. Kyle also completed various courses related to OSHA compliance, industrial safety technology, aircraft maintenance, and quality assurance administration between 2010 and 2021.
