William Cecil

William Cecil has extensive work experience in the aviation industry. William is currently serving as the Director of Aircraft Data & Edge Solutions at FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Managing Director at Aircraft IoT. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Teledyne Controls, first as the Director of Sales & Service, and later as the Director of Service Strategy, Aircraft Data Services. Before joining Teledyne Controls, William was the Director of the Aviation Center of Excellence at Uptake from 2016 to 2018. William spent a significant part of their career at Teledyne Controls, where they held the position of Business Development Director, Wireless Data Automation from 1994 to 2016. William'scareer began in the British Army as an Avionics Engineer from 1988 to 1994.

From 1994 to 1998, William Cecil attended Glasgow Caledonian University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
