Simon Leroy is the co-founder and managing director of Mahogany, a search fund with the ambition to acquire a French SME. Previously, Simon worked as a consultant at Boston Consulting Group, specializing in operational transformation and pre-merger integration strategies. Simon also held consulting roles with Capgemini Consulting and INDEFI, where they contributed to relevant research and strategy design. During their education, Simon earned a Master of Science from ESSEC Business School.
