Frederic Lapatschek has had diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2016, they worked as a Backend Development Intern at Trade Republic. In the same year, they co-founded FLYLA GmbH, where they served as the CTO. In 2019, Frederic became a Sigma Squared Society Fellow at Sigma Squared Society. In 2020, they co-founded Vitolus, focusing on testing, vaccinating, and protecting lives. Frederic also co-founded Clever Ackern, a platform for connecting farmers with seasonal workers, although this venture was later exited to a larger farmer's association due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Frederic Lapatschek completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Information Systems from the Technical University of Munich, a program they attended from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, in 2018, they also participated in the Accelerator Program at MassChallenge.
