Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of OneRange since March 2021, Steve focuses on transforming professional development for companies aiming to enhance talent retention. As a Reserve Officer in the US Navy and Managing Director of Evergreen Consulting Group, Steve further engages with various startups and rapidly growing companies. Previous experience includes co-founding BlockParty Inc. and holding significant positions at Life Style Plan and FlyLine. Additionally, Steve contributes to academia as a guest lecturer at Columbia University and has a robust educational foundation with an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Yale University.
