The Project Management Team at FLYNAUT ensures seamless execution and delivery of digital marketing projects by coordinating tasks and resources, managing timelines, and maintaining client communication. Comprised of a Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Coordinator, the team works collaboratively to ensure projects meet or exceed goals and client expectations.
