Ace Tipton

Ace Tipton has a diverse work experience. They started as a Customer Service Clerk at Hy-Vee, Inc. in 2016, where they assisted customers at the general services desk, handled various tasks, and provided customer service. In 2019, they worked as a Check and Connect Mentor at AmeriCorps, working with a selected group of middle school students to address their academic, behavioral, and attendance struggles. They also communicated with school counselors, teachers, and parents to develop strategies for improvement.

In the same year, Ace worked as a Promotions Assistant at Des Moines Radio Group, organizing and executing client-sponsored events and coordinating equipment use. They also engaged with clients to understand their reasons for partnering with the radio group.

From 2018 to 2020, Ace worked as a Delivery Driver at Beverage Distributors of Iowa, ensuring timely delivery of products. They also held a brief Marketing and Sales Associate role at Bright Future Management, Inc. in 2020.

Ace then served as the President of Phi Delta Theta - Iowa Delta from 2020 to 2022, showcasing leadership skills within the organization.

In 2021, Ace worked as a Life Data Analytics Intern at Farm Bureau Financial Services, gaining practical experience in data analytics within the insurance industry. Currently, they are an Insights Analyst at Flynn Wright, where they leverage their analytical skills to provide valuable insights for the company.
