Jacques Buith

Jacques Buith is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board of Directors at Flynth, a role they have held since 2024. They are a founding member of Chapter Zero Netherlands and a board member of VLB (vereniging van accountants- en belastingadviesbureaus) since 2024. They are the chair of Stichting Vriendenclub Huzumer Skûtsje. They are a PhD researcher at the University of Groningen, and previously served as Managing Partner for Deloitte Risk Advisory within Deloitte North and South Europe (NSE) from 2016 to 2020 and as a World Economic Forum Project Advisor (2011–2013). Their education included ISACA Certified Information Systems Auditor (1995), CISSP (2006), post-graduate EDP Auditing at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (1991–1994), bedrijfsinformatica at Noordelijke Hogeschool Leeuwarden (1986–1990), and a certificate from the University of Cambridge Prince of Wales's Business & Sustainability Programme (2022).
