Heather West

Heather West has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Dispute Mediation Specialist for oDesk. In 2014, they moved to Upwork as a Dispute Resolution Manager. In 2019, they became Director of Partner Support and Experience for Gooten, and in 2020 they were appointed Head of Marketplace Operations for The Selling Company.

Heather West holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
