Sharvashish Das

Sharvashish Das is the current Director of Engineering at FlytBase. Sharvashish was previously with IRDE, Defence Research and Development Organisation(DRDO) from May 2013 to July 2013 as a Summer Internship. During their two month stay, they implemented the "Fast Fourier Transform for Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave(FMCW), Laser-Range-Finder (LRF)" project in the Laser Instrumentation(LI) Division, IRDE. LRF sends a Frequency Modulated laser beam on a target defined by the user and the differential property of received and transmitted wave is used in calculating the range.The Laser Range Finder is currently undergoing field testing and in the last demonstration, it's result were accurate enough till 250m with a resolution of +/- 0.50m.

Sharvashish then went on to be the Embedded Team Head with Kharagpur RoboSoccer Students' Group(KRSSG) from March 2011 to April 2014.

Sharvashish Das completed their high school education at DAV Public School, where they studied physics, chemistry, mathematics, computer science, and English. Sharvashish then went on to study instrumentation engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur.

They are on a team with Dhiraj Dhule - Director of Strategic Projects, Achal Negi - Head of Business Development, and Kaushik Gala - Chief Business Officer. Their manager is Nitin Gupta, Founder & CEO.
