Niya Coleman

Niya Coleman, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Publisher Development at Flytedesk, where efforts focus on enhancing accessibility to college advertising inventory. As an author, Niya has published "The Adventures of Mansa & YaYa: The Library Quest," a recognized finalist for the Black Authors Matter Children's Book Award, aiming to create inclusive narratives for young readers. Previously, Niya managed the transition of a college media publication to a digital format at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and taught Spanish to beginners at Guilford County Schools. Niya's extensive background includes leadership roles in youth programming and education, alongside professional development initiatives that foster growth and resilience in young women and educators. Niya earned an MBA from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
