Ally Venable (Rodriguez) is a dynamic entertainment executive currently serving as the VP and Head of Talent & Partnerships at FlyteVu, where they lead a team focused on forging impactful partnerships between talent and global brands. They previously held roles at Mandolin, where they drove significant database growth for artists through strategic campaigns, and at Iconic Entertainment Group, where they played a pivotal role in launching Kelsea Ballerini’s career. As a co-founder of TONS (The Other Nashville Society), Ally is dedicated to nurturing Nashville's alternative music scene. Ally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Music Business with a vocal emphasis from Lee University.
