Flywheel helps local communities with big ideas but not enough time or capacity to execute. Every town and every neighborhood has extraordinary potential to be a vibrant, life-giving space for its residents and business owners. Yet, not every place is living up to its full potential. Flywheel is designed to help build momentum around incremental adjustments to support positive growth and flourishing communities.

Flywheel’s founder, Ryan Kilpatrick, has a deep background in urban planning, economic development, systems thinking, and social innovation. He has previously worked for both local and state governments and has worked as both a non-profit and for-profit consultant serving communities and development firms of all sizes. Ryan has been a critical player in more than 50 major development projects with total capital investments exceeding $300M in the last five years.

Whether your organization is looking to define a strategic vision, adjust policies and procedures to support growth, or ensure the next development project happens on time and as expected, Flywheel can help.
