Caroline Laubach has been working in the professional world since 2012. •Caroline began their career as an Intern at Discovery Communications, where they assisted the Financial Planning and Analysis group with budgeting and other accounting matters, as well as worked in the Media Operations department on global branding initiative and on program editing and production. In 2013, they became an Intern at Marriott International, Inc., where they led a project to update enterprise critical owner and franchise database, assisted with launch preparations for a new select service Marriott brand being introduced in the Americas, and participated in brand initiative meetings to provide Millennial traveler insights and recommendations for program enhancements. In 2015, they took on the role of Pool Concierge at Bethesda Country Club, where they greeted guests and organized the swim and dive coaches schedules. After less than one month as an employee, they were requested to assume the role of Club Concierge during the search to fill the vacancy. In 2016, they began working at Flywheel Data as a Sales Analyst, where they worked directly with Government Contracting Officers to procure commercially available IT hardware and software, responded to RFQs, obtained pricing from product manufacturers and distributors, and established acceptable margin on each solicitation. •Caroline also worked on the initial implementation and rollout of the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, SalesForce. In 2017, Caroline began working at EY as a Risk Advisory Intern. Finally, in 2018, they returned to Flywheel Data as an Account Manager.
Caroline Laubach completed a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business between 2014 and 2018. •Caroline also attended Georgetown Visitation Preparatory School from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained their High School diploma.
