Eric Doctors

Eric Doctors is an experienced professional in talent management, organizational development, and artistry. Currently serving as Vice President of Learning & Growth at Flywire since October 2022, Eric also operates a coaching and consulting business while maintaining a long-standing career as a ceramic artist. Previous roles include Senior Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development at Leo Burnett and various positions at AbbVie, where Eric directed talent management for large commercial organizations in the US and Latin America. With extensive experience in talent development and leadership training gained from work at Towers Perrin and other organizations, Eric holds a Master of Science in Learning & Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Mathematics from Antioch University.
