Grace Piercy

Grace Piercy currently serves as Vice President of Internal Audit at Flywire since July 2023. Previously, Grace was the Head of SOX Compliance at Lime, where a SOX program was established for a $200M global micro mobility company in preparation for its IPO. In addition, Grace has held various positions including Executive Management Consultant at IFG, Associate Executive Director of Internal Audit at the American Bar Association, Director of Internal Audit at Inteliquent, and Director of Internal Audit Operations at Allstate. Grace's early career included significant roles at Sidley Austin LLP and Deloitte, where substantial compliance and risk management initiatives were developed for high-profile clients. Grace holds an MBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Northern Illinois University.
