Jaana Kronberg

Jaana Kronberg has extensive experience in cash management, treasury operations, and customer service within the financial and hospitality sectors. Since November 2015, Jaana has been with Flywire, serving as the Lead for Refunds and Chargebacks, overseeing various aspects of refunds and chargebacks, KYC verification processes, and liaising with stakeholders to resolve issues. Prior to this role, Jaana held multiple positions at BLOC Hotels from October 2012 to July 2015, including Front of House Manager, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, team development, and guest relations. Earlier experience includes a supervisory role at Cucina Rustica, where Jaana ensured smooth restaurant operations. Jaana holds a degree in Professional Hospitality and Tourism Management from University College Birmingham.
