Katri Pineda has extensive experience in client and payment experience management, having served in several roles at Flywire since December 2015, including Quality Assurance Manager and Senior Client & Payment Experience Specialist. Prior to Flywire, Katri worked at Palvelu Plus Oy as a Project Specialist and Project Assistant from July 2012 to December 2014. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, a Level C1 French Language Diploma from Université de La Rochelle, and a Level B2 Spanish Language Diploma from the Spanish Language Center.
