Madison Mariano

Madison (Colby) Mariano, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior People Operations Specialist at Flywire, a position held since August 2021, following a role as a People Operations Specialist. Prior experience includes a tenure at Waymo as a People and Recruiting Operations Intern, where Madison improved the Employee Referral Program, conducted data audits, facilitated training, and developed onboarding resources. Madison also contributed to the University of California, Santa Cruz as a Lead Peer Advisor, Research Assistant, and Peer Advisor, focusing on academic support for psychology students.
