Marissa Pothen

Marissa Pothen has extensive experience in content specialization, client and payment experience management, and customer success, currently serving as a Senior Content Specialist at Flywire since May 2017. Previous roles at Flywire included positions in customer success and payment support. Prior to this, Marissa held a position as a Project Assistant at Universidad Autónoma de Bucaramanga, where responsibilities included organizing events for women mediators and drafting reports. Marissa also worked as an English Professor at Nukanti Foundation, focusing on human rights and conflict resolution. Academic qualifications include a Master's Degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Universitat Jaume I and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from the University of North Texas.
