Nilo Enerio has extensive experience in technical support and systems administration, beginning as an Administrator - Desktop Support at RLG from May 1989 to June 2006, where responsibilities included support for users and administration of Windows NT servers. Nilo transitioned to a Senior Technical Support Analyst role, supporting a large user base on various operating systems, and then served as a Systems Administrator, managing corporate IT infrastructure and applications. From December 2006 to July 2011, Nilo worked at Atempo as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, providing second-tier support for backup and archiving software. At Attensity from August 2011 to October 2015, Nilo excelled as a Sr. Support Engineer, offering diagnostic support for a range of SaaS products. From October 2015 to February 2020, Nilo was a Support Engineer at Simplee. Currently, Nilo holds multiple titles at Flywire, including Lead Technical Support, Healthcare, demonstrating a strong progression in technical support expertise and leadership in healthcare technology.
