Peter Glaser

Peter Glaser serves as the Associate General Counsel, Commercial, at Flywire, a global payments enablement and software company, since October 2018. Previously, Peter held the position of Legal Counsel II at Blackhawk Network, where responsibilities included drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts. Prior experience includes serving as Legal Counsel at CashStar, managing commercial contracts and leading contract lifecycle management while overseeing venture capital financing processes. Early career positions included roles as a Legal Compliance Specialist at Woodard & Curran, Research Assistant at the University of Maine School of Law, and Law Clerk at the Conservation Law Foundation. Peter holds a JD from the University of Maine School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
