Sivan Franko

Sivan Franko serves as Chief of Staff at Flywire since February 2020, focusing on strategic collaboration with the CTO to enhance organizational productivity and process efficiency. Previous roles at Flywire include Director of Engineering and Director of People & Culture. Prior to Flywire, Sivan worked at Simplee as HRBP, facilitating engagement between healthcare providers and patients. Experience also includes serving as Head of HR at Oribi, where responsibilities included HR strategy formulation and legal process establishment, as well as Head of HR & Operations at OverOps, where involvement in decision-making with company founders occurred. Earlier roles include HR Specialist and Administration Manager at N-trig, and service as an HR Battalion officer in the Israeli Defense Forces. Sivan holds a BA in Business Administration & Marketing from the College of Academic Studies and a degree in Graphic Design from Jhon Bryce.
