Taylor Smetska

Taylor Smetska is a Technical Support Engineer at Flywire since March 2023, previously serving as an Application Support Engineer at Square from February 2018 to February 2023. In this role, Taylor assisted frontline agents with complex troubleshooting and bug identification, using JIRA to report issues and coordinating with developers for resolutions. Taylor's experience also includes positions as ECOM Apprentice Lead and Advanced Technical Support (Tier 2) while providing customer success advocacy. Prior experience encompasses managerial and software development responsibilities at U.S. Black Belt Center Taekwondo, as well as providing technical support and tutoring in computer science subjects at Jamestown Community College. Taylor holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science from Jamestown Community College and a High School Diploma from Jamestown High School.
