Thu Luong is an experienced professional in the fields of payment support and customer success, currently serving as a Payment Support Specialist at Flywire since November 2019, having progressed through roles as a Payment Experience Specialist and Payment Experience Associate. Prior to Flywire, Thu held the position of Operations and Customer Success Executive at Tenopy, where responsibilities included developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinating online class setups for a large user base. Thu's career began at Resorts World Sentosa, working as an USS Attraction Operations Crew member, where daily interactions with thousands of guests were key to enhancing their experience. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business with a focus on Hospitality and Tourism Management from James Cook University and a Diploma in the same field from Nanyang Polytechnic.
