Preet Raj

Preet Raj has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Preet began their career at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Software Engineer and an Application Developer. In 2016, they moved to Morgan Stanley as a Senior Software Engineer, where they designed and developed REST services using spring boot and Apache CXF. In 2017, they joined JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a Software Architect/ Sr. Big Data Engineer, where they implemented best practices/standards for data ingestion into the firm's internal Data Lake. In 2018, they joined Datamarx as Director Of Engineering, where they grew and lead the engineering team to build the world's first digital bank for Securing, Controlling and Monetizing first party personal data. In 2020, Preet Raj became the CTO & Co-Founder of Bakstage, the Podcast Host of techLGTM, and the Head of Engineering of FX HedgePool. Preet also became a Member of the NY Tech Alliance and the Founders Network, where they are currently the Lead Mentor. Additionally, they are a Member of the SaaStock Founder Membership (SFM).

Preet Raj began their educational journey at DAV public school, sreshthavihar, delhi, where they obtained their high school degree in 2006. Preet then attended Nagpur University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering in 2010. Afterwards, they attended the Illinois Institute of Technology, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Computer Science in 2013. In 2017, they obtained an AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services.
