Shashank Singh

Shashank Singh has an extensive work experience spanning various industries. Shashank is currently Co-Founder & CEO of Bakstage | FLYX since 2020, and a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program since 2022. Shashank is also an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2018, Founder of Bawaal Labs since 2012, Podcaster of techLGTM since 2020, CTO of Datamarx since 2017, Vice President of Engineering of Publicis Media since 2015, Co-Founder of *Truffle since 2014, Lead Engineer of Flurry, Inc. since 2013, and Technical Lead of Goldman Sachs since 2009. At Publicis Media, Shashank was responsible for defining and building a new Data Management Platform to be used across the company for better audience targeting to serve ads. Shashank also built an inventory forecaster tool used by partners for better campaign planning and management. At Goldman Sachs, they developed and maintained the firm's OTC Derivatives trade flows systems, created a system to capture trade details via FpML, and led and architected various reconciliations between heterogeneous systems.

Shashank Singh began their educational journey in 1989, completing their 10+2 at Delhi Public School in 1997. Shashank then attended Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology, earning a B.E. in Computer Sci & Engg. in 2002. Shashank concluded their formal education in 2012, with an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in Entrepreneurship & Finance.
