Austin Lear

Austin Lear has a diverse work experience. Austin is currently working at FM Global as a Bilingual Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at OSF Digital as a Senior Bilingual Recruiter for North America and Europe from October 2021 to April 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Bilingual Talent Advisor at Western Union from December 2018 to October 2021. Austin also had a role as a Senior Bilingual Talent Solutions Consultant at Modis, where they focused on hiring technical consultants for the Canadian and American public, private, banking, services, and manufacturing sectors. Austin Lear began their career as an Agricultural Senatorial Intern at the United States Senate in January 2013.

Austin Lear has a Master of Science degree in International Economics from Northeastern University, which they completed between 2018 and 2020. Austin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Economics from the University of Denver, earned from 2010 to 2014. In addition, Austin has pursued studies in Etudes franco-canadiennes at the Université de Montréal in 2013, and has obtained a Certificat de compétence de la langue française in français from the Collège International de Cannes in 2012.
