Basem Neseim

Basem Neseim has over 14 years of experience in leadership roles at FM Global, serving as Chief Digital Officer, Chief Product and Applications Officer, and Vice President, Head of Technology Products, where responsibilities included strategic leadership and technological innovation. Additionally, Neseim contributed to the MIT Sloan CIO Symposium as Chair of the International Partnership, focusing on strategic leadership and global delivery. Academic experience includes lecturing on technology management and transformations at Bryant University and teaching a course on Building and Managing Business Intelligence Systems at Harvard University. Neseim holds two Executive Certificates from MIT Sloan School of Management in Technology Operations and Value Chain Management, as well as Management and Leadership.
