Jonathan Dwyer is an Agile Transformation Leader with extensive experience in guiding large organizations towards agile practices. Previously, they served as AVP at John Hancock, enhancing IT solution execution and fostering a culture of agile collaboration across multiple teams. At Fidelity Investments, Jonathan held roles including VP of IT Delivery, where they spearheaded agile adoption across the organization, achieving self-sufficiency for thousands of associates. Currently, Jonathan is the Head of Agile at FM, focusing on connecting client journeys with IT solution teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. They are pursuing an MBA in Entrepreneurship at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University, and hold a BA in Economics from Hamilton College.
