Lisa Scheck is the current VP and Head of Global Workplace and Employee Services at FM Global, having started in this role in 2024. Previously, from 2015 to 2021, Lisa served as SVP and Head of HR Shared Services at Citizens, leading various HR initiatives and service delivery. Lisa's earlier experience includes positions such as SVP HR Delivery Manager and VP US Systems Control Manager at Citizens Bank, where they oversaw critical HR technology projects and managed compliance and risk controls. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Computer Information Systems from Bryant University and Bryant College, respectively.
