Mary Fox

Mary Fox is a seasoned expert in Corporate Social Responsibility and Human Resources with over 30 years of experience. At FM, from May 2005 to July 2020, Mary served as a Senior Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant and Assistant Vice President focusing on global CSR strategy and diversity and inclusion initiatives. Prior experience at Bank of America included positions such as Vice President of Employee Relations and Regional Technical Recruiter. Mary began a career at Fleet Bank as a Trainee and progressed to Vice President, consolidating expertise in employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and training. A graduate of Providence College with a BS in Finance, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge in employee engagement and strategic HR management.
