Michael Sullivan

Michael Sullivan, MPA has extensive work experience in quality assurance and software testing. Michael started their career as a Quality Assurance Analyst at SAIC, where they were responsible for ensuring the quality of judicial process and government accounting software. Michael also worked in development, support, training, and technical sales during their time at SAIC.

Michael then moved on to Infor, where they held two roles. As a Senior Quality Engineer, they analyzed software to ensure quality and led multiple testing teams. Michael also chaired a task force of software development professionals to analyze processes of acquired companies. Later, they became the Manager of Support Operations, overseeing software support services for over 200 ERP solution customers and leading a team of 19 support professionals.

Currently, Michael is working at FM Global as a Principal Quality Assurance Specialist. In this role, they ensure the correct functioning of software and ensures business requirements are met before the release of FM Global's Insurance Accounting System. Michael works closely with different teams to plan, design, and complete testing using manual and automated means. Michael also designs new test approaches as needed.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has been recognized for leading high-performing teams. Michael has a Master's in Public Administration (MPA) degree.

Michael Sullivan, MPA has a Master's degree in Public Administration from Long Island University. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both from Niagara University. In addition, they have obtained a Certificate of Study in Transfer of Presidential Power from The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars.
