BJ Hillermann

BJ Hillermann has a diverse work history with experience in both the banking and nursery industries. BJ started their career at Hillermann Nursery & Florist, Inc. in 1990 as Vice President, where they were a key member of the management team and responsible for seeking and incorporating new business opportunities. BJ also focused on process improvement, increasing profitability, and reducing waste. In 2004, they joined National City Bank as a Branch Manager and achieved recognition for outstanding sales growth. In 2010, they moved to a division of PNC Bank as a Branch Manager before joining Farmers & Merchants Bank in 2013 as VP Branch Manager and Loan Officer. Throughout their career, BJ has demonstrated strong leadership and sales success.

BJ Hillermann attended Truman State University from 1986 to 1990, where they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management & Marketing.
