Based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire we are an authorised TomTom Business reseller able to offer a sales and installation service combined with training for our customers.

After being employed within the industry for over 30 years the founding Directors recognised that there was a general lack of customer loyalty, due largely to poor customer service and false promises, and decided that a change was in order.

FMC Fleettrak policy is to place an emphasis on establishing strong working relationships with our customers to encourage loyalty. This is achieved by identifying solutions to meet requirements, through regular pro-active contact, and by recognising their customers changing requirements any potential problems are minimised. We also keep customers updated of new technologies, industry and company news, and offer associated products and services.

In 2007 we added TomTom Business to our product portfolio, recognising a large international company with high quality products would be a great asset to the company and our customers. The TomTom Business Solution has been a great success and very exciting as further products and enhancements have been introduced.
