Alexandre Frateschi

Alexandre Frateschi is a seasoned professional in business development, marketing, strategy, and leadership, currently serving as the Business Director for Plant Health in Latin America at FMC Corporation. Previously, they held various leadership roles at BASF, including Global Marketing Manager and Country Head for Nunhems Mexico, where they directed strategies for crops and product portfolios. Alexandre also served as the Research and Development Manager at Dow AgroSciences, where they led the development and technical positioning of herbicides and other agrochemical products. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy from Universidade Estadual Paulista and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
