Andreea Grozea currently serves as a Global Sourcing Buyer for Commodities & Additives at FMC Corporation, focusing on the procurement of various essential materials and overseeing strategic sourcing and supplier management. Prior to this role, Andreea held multiple leadership positions at Procter & Gamble, including managing a team for contract execution and price management across EMEA markets and driving purchasing organization design for the customization sector. Andreea’s extensive experience spans various roles in brand management, media planning, and procurement, covering significant budgets and multiple markets in Europe and the Balkans. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București and various certifications in marketing management. Additionally, Andreea served as a Government Adviser with the Department for the Relationship with the Parliament in Romania.
