Chris Woltermann

Chris Woltermann is a highly experienced Global Process Development Manager currently with Arcadium Lithium, where responsibilities include overseeing process development following the merger of Livent and Allkem in January 2024. Previously, Chris held the same title at Livent since its IPO in October 2018 after its separation from FMC Corporation. With a long tenure at FMC Corporation since 2000, Chris focused on process development for the Lithium Division, implementing new technologies and enhancing processes. Earlier positions include leadership roles in global product and technology development and senior research, where Chris developed significant products for various industries. Chris began a career in chemistry at Great Lakes Chemical Corp and started as a production chemist at Exciton while completing education, earning a PhD in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a BS in Chemistry from the University of Dayton.
