Cintia Valentim

Cintia Valentim serves as the Human Resources Director for LATAM at FMC Corporation since March 2011, leveraging extensive experience in various HR leadership roles, including Strategic HRBP Manager and HR Head for Brazil. With a strong focus on compensation and benefits, Cintia has led the Center of Expertise for Compensation, Benefits, HR Service Center, and Global Mobility, collaborating closely with HR partners across eight LATAM countries. Prior experience includes a Senior Human Resources Generalist position at Borealis, where Cintia contributed to compensation programs, employee development, and policy harmonization during a joint venture. Cintia's educational background includes an MBA in Agribusiness from USP/Esalq and executive education from Columbia Business School in Women in Leadership, among other degrees in People Management and Compensation Management.
