Connie White is an experienced engineering and operations professional with a robust background in the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as the Capital and Disciplined Engineering Director at FMC Corporation since January 2017, Connie has previously held roles such as Active Ingredient Associate Director and Formulation and Packaging Tech Center Associate Director. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Morton Salt, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing solar manufacturing operations and managing significant procurement and warehousing activities. At Rohm and Haas, Connie established a high-performing procurement operations team and contributed to process improvements across multiple roles.
