Daniel Mulveny currently serves as Regional IP Counsel, Americas at FMC Corporation, a position held since April 2023. Prior to this, Daniel was Deputy Attorney General for the State of Delaware from December 2017 to April 2023, where efforts focused on protecting Delaware residents. Previous experience includes roles as Counsel at Kessler Topaz Meltzer & Check, LLP from June 2013 to September 2017, and Partner at Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP from August 1999 to June 2013. Daniel began legal career as a Law Clerk for Hon. Thomas J. Rueter in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania from August 1998 to August 1999. Earlier professional experience includes serving as a Staff Scientist at Karch & Associates from 1993 to 1995, providing litigation support related to toxic tort defense. Daniel holds a JD from Penn State Dickinson Law, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a BChE in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware, earned from 1987 to 1992.
